On behalf of the Philosophy Department here at Ashland, welcome to our department blog. It is here where we will be posting information on our upcoming events, giving updates on current student activities, faculty presentations and publications, and alumni news. We will also be occasionally taking a look at the history of our department, with its hundred-plus years of activity on the campus. We would be very happy to hear from our philosophy alumni, so whether you are a recent grad or a distant friend, were a major, a minor, or were influenced even by a single class or professor, we would like to hear from you.
